Job Title: Establishment consultant (full-time, 40 hrs/wk)
Reports To: Head of Vineyard Establishment

Works with: Head of Vineyard Establishment, trellising teams and supervisors, Heads of Viticultural Services and Retail

Purpose of the Job

To assist the Head of Vineyard Establishment with the daily running and development of the department providing organisation and leadership to the trellis teams and other establishment employees. English language spoken and written is required
Work closely with the Head of Vineyard Establishment on managing and developing the department to achieve agreed performance targets relating to the 2022-25 business plan.
Ownership of the trellising schedule and its implementation, resolving and answering any queries, problems or concerns.
Assist with the implementation of environmental, sustainable practices into the establishment department product offering. Train and develop the skills/knowledge of the team in relation to this.
Effectively supervise trellis team members in duties and performance, setting targets and providing feedback where necessary to the Head of Establishment
